The new goal of this blog is a "Couch to 5K" challenge for beginner runners and runners who want to improve their times. You get faster by training and in order to train you need to show up. The group and coaches will help you with everything else! JUST DO IT!

Having Some Fun Between Training...
OK, I'm breaking my own rule: "No posting pictures of events to which everyone was not invited!" However, I can't resist posting the above picture of the "before" party of seeing Sex and the City 2. We literally scrambled to pull off this girls night out, but had fun doing it!
Laura and I passed on the "after" party so we could ride in the rain the next morning:
